I joined William Hill about 18 months ago I bet responsibily. A excellent example of way the betting industry is in such a state. I have withdrawn my balance ( as no card shown had to enter card again and deposit before I could withdraw!!!!!!) and when my open bets are settled I will be closing my account. They are also falling behind other companies with time Best odds are available. If they don't want people to use freebies then don't offer them in the first place. Maybe Billy Hills problem is that I don't lose enough, deposit enough (only 1 deposit since opening and in profit by £94) play their rigged slots. The response also stated that my account would be reviewed on going ( as my account was suspended how they were going to review is a mystery). A second chat eventually got my bet placement reinstated without any apologies. After being fobbed off on live chat and waiting for a supervisor to reply within 30 mins (4hours wait) I was not given a reasonable explanation (p**s poor customer service). I am not the biggest punter but at the same time as the removal I was unable to place any bet at any stake. They offer free spins, scratch of the day, free or 4 etc (which I use and occasionally win on) to entice you and when you do win the removed them.
Received email this morning stating all sports and gaming concessions removed from my account and that stake restrictions may apply in future.
